WebIf anyone deserves a stat holiday in her honour it’s the late queen. We get Victoria Day off because she was the reigning monarch during confederation. Queen Elizabeth ll was the longest reigning monarch who has been around for multiple generations. I think it’s a disgrace that Canada doesn’t get a holiday in her honour.
