I started out doing Squats until my Regularity bar was filled up. Is there any reason to switch to Sit-ups and build that Regularity bar as well? Losing an entire level of Fitness that you'd earned, after spending in game weeks/months to gain 15000 or 30000 exp to level up is incredibly frustrating.
