Webb The Involvement Centre is an information, IT and social resource, open to inpatients, outpatients, service users, carers and visitors. The Mett Centre WebbWorking with other professionals we review the most complex heart failure patients and those with palliative care needs. We carry out assessments and develop treatment plans with patients and their carers and families and other professionals. We support end of life decisions and care. The service is available from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday.
