Bryan Dattilo (Lucas Horton) has been married to Elizabeth Cameron since July 12, 2011. In 2014, the couple welcomed their daughter, Delilah. Dattilo was previously married to Jessica Denay, and they have a son, Gabriel, who has high-functioning autism and is involved with autism charities and awareness-raising efforts.
